Phases of the Diet to lose weight in two weeks

MONDAY


BREAKFAST : All you want black coffee, no sugar. 

FOOD : 2 eggs cooked with little salt and boiled spinach with a little salt, you can take the amount you want. 

DINNER : 1 large grilled steak, salad lettuce or chard, all you want.

TUESDAY


BREAKFAST : All you want black coffee, no sugar and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. You can have tea. 

FOOD : 1 large steak, 180-200 grams,  green salad , and fruit all you want, including bananas . 

DINNER : serrano ham or york, all you want.

WEDNESDAY


BREAKFAST : All black coffee desired, sugar and 20 grams toasted. You can have tea. 

FOOD : 2 eggs cooked with little salt, salad green beans  (green beans in Mexico) and raw tomato, everything you want. 

DINNER : serrano ham or york, green salad, whole you want.

THURSDAY


BREAKFAST : All you want black coffee, no sugar and toast. You can have tea. 

FOOD : cooked and / or raw carrots, all you want, gruyere cheese, all you want. 

DINNER : fruit salad and yogurt.

FRIDAY


BREAKFAST : All black coffee or tea you want and grated carrots with lemon. 

FOOD : grilled white fish, and raw tomato everything you want. 

DINNER : 1 steak and green salad.

SATURDAY


BREAKFAST : All you want black coffee, no sugar and toast. You can have tea. 

MEAL : Grilled chicken, everything you want. 

DINNER : 2 boiled eggs and carrots.

SUNDAY


BREAKFAST : Tea with lemon, any type of tea. 

FOOD : 1 steak grilled fruit you want and the amount you want. You can drink tea . 

DINNER : WHAT YOU WANT TO DINE, VALE ALL.

Remember that by the end of the week on Monday you must start the diet again.
